Thanks to whoever can shine some light on this. Honestly looking to receive some sort of monetary return or free pack now, as I have waited 5 days and done everything possible to resolve this on my own and have not been able to figure out what went wrong. Ableton's just sitting on the money for live suite + the international processing I paid, and I have nothing. When will my purchase actually be respected? lol. Why have I not received any response, and why am I not receiving the product I bought? I promise, I am logged into the correct ableton account. So I have exhausted every option and am pretty frustrated. I also tried reaching out via twitter but only received a run-around type of response that asked me to provide information I had already provided, and nothing further after 3 days. So I even tried downloading it from the archive, and even then it is saying "unable to authorize - does not match live suite installation." I submitted a sales/licensing ticket to support immediately but have not received a response in 5 days. I was looking through the FAQs and saw something about the live 11 license only being sent out once I had registered the actual product I got initially (live 10 suite). No serial numbers are in any email I was sent either, because apparently they were linked at purchase. No serial numbers were added to the same account linked with the email I received the confirmations to.
I only have (til this day) the option to download live 10 lite from the dropdown. When I attempted to register the license, the option to download live 10 was simply not existent.

I received two confirmation emails from ableton webshop - one with my purchase confirmation and one letting me know the serial number had been linked to my account. I bought live suite 10 on the day before the live 11 release.
